Unikframe ("we", "us") is a digital creative agency based in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through unikframe.com and when you work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you contact us. If you use our contact form, email or call us, we collect what you choose to give us:
- your name and email address
- your phone number and business name, if you add them
- the services you're interested in, your rough budget and your message
When you become a client. We also keep the details needed to deliver and bill your project, such as contact and billing information and the files, logins and content you share with us for the work.
When you browse the site. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider's servers record basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure. The site also stores one small setting in your browser so the opening animation plays only once per visit; it contains no personal information.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote
- to deliver, support and bill the work you hire us for
- to keep the website running and secure
- to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the business. They only receive what they need to do their job:
- Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Our email provider stores the messages we send and receive.
- Hostinger hosts this website.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years so we can follow up on a conversation, and client records for as long as needed for the project and for tax and accounting purposes (generally seven years). After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
The site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to personal information to the people who need it to work with you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time, subject to any legal requirement for us to keep it. Email contact@unikframe.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
